Jade Harrison

Director/General Manager

Previously working in the travel industry, Jade is used to the pressure and unforeseen issues that may arise when assisting key clients with their needs and emergencies. Jade looks after a portfolio of some of our longest standing clients, maintaining strong relationships.

Day to day responsibilities include handling all corporate affairs of the business and oversight of both the administrative and strata management teams whilst ensuring efficient and professional management of the portfolio.

John Botha

Director

John Botha is an integral part of the leadership team at Highrise Strata, having previously been at the helm of the well known and successful strata management firm JFB Management Services Pty Ltd.

Having received accolades as Individual Strata Community Manager (2015), Small Strata Community Management Business (Vic) 2017, Small Strata Community Management Business (National) 2018, Medium Strata Community Management Business (Vic) 2019 and most recently Senior Strata Community Manager (Vic) 2021 John brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Highrise team.

Miranda Koroknai

Strata Manager

Previously working in Retail Management with a strong background in customer service. Miranda looks after a portfolio ranging from inner city, multi tower developments to large housing estates, reflecting her diverse skillset.

Responsible for day to day management assisting Owners Corporation Committees navigating issues with combustible cladding, building defects and large ongoing capital works projects.

Scott Devereux

Strata Manager

Managing some of our largest sites, Scott brings to the Highrise Team a rich background in operations and people management. With extensive experience managing a variety of business operations, systems and diverse teams across large franchise networks.

Scott is able to assist Committees with more complex projects including building defects, cladding rectification and major works, priding himself on being a valued resource that his clients can rely on to advance the objectives of the Owners Corporation.

His versatile, relationship driven and solution focused approach ensures every action is underpinned with integrity, honesty, precision and quality.

Isabella Hargest-Slade

Strata Manager

Originally from New Zealand, and previously working in executive administration, Isabella commenced her journey with the team as Associate Strata Manager, assisting the strata management team across a diverse portfolio of Owners Corporations.

From arranging meetings to ensuring administrative support is carried out in a timely manner, Isabella drove the Owners Corporation Management team to uphold our professional service delivery.

Excelling at customer service, problem solving and relationship management, Isabella presently manages the portfolio containing some of our longest standing clients.

Sophia Giuliano

Associate Strata Manager

Previously working in administration, assisting in office communication, data collation, meeting preparation, record keeping, collaboration and liaison with clients and tradespeople.

Sophia is responsible for the co-management and administration of the Owners Corporations within her portfolio.

Nicole Smith

Strata Accounts Manager

With a passion for numbers and diligent work ethic Nicole goes above and beyond in her accounts function ensuring additional follow up and individual contact with every client who may have missed a payment. Nicole is instrumental in the enviably low level of levy arrears within the Highrise Strata portfolio.

Dellaney Edmonds

Strata Accounts Manager

Accuracy in every keystroke is paramount for Dell whilst overseeing accounts payable and receivable for Owners Corporations within her portfolio. Dell brings a vast range of skills from her experience in accounts and administration, providing strong support to the team and exceptional customer service to all clients.

Laura Milewczyk

Administration

With extensive experience in Reception and Retail Management, Laura supports the team with exception administration & organisational skills. Likely to be the first, friendly, helpful and efficient voice you hear when phoning the office, Laura is able to ensure clients obtain the right information in a timely manner from the correct department.

Cheng Yeoh

Finance Analyst

As the company CPA, Cheng is responsible for the finance and accounting functions of Highrise Strata Management. Cheng is responsible for partnering with Senior Management on corporate budgets, quarterly and financial year end reviews of Owners Corporation financial statements, Owners Corporation external audits and tax requirements.  

He brings onboard a range of experience from previous experience in healthcare and property sectors.

Giorgia Campisi

Strata Accounts Manager

Previously working in Retail Management and as a Personal Assistant, Giorgia comes from a background of various skills. A few skills that can be highlighted in her day to day activities at Highrise Strata Management are her exceptional administration & organisational skills. Moreover, Giorgia possesses excellent customer service skills and is constantly striving to develop and build stronger relationships between the Owners Corporation and, the Owners & Agents. 

Vanesa Markovic

Associate Strata Manager

A former small business owner with over a decade of work experience in customer service and administration, Vanesa comes to Highrise with a solid understanding of customer care and client focused service.

As an Associate Strata Manager, Vanesa is responsible for co-managing the Owners Corporations within her portfolio and tending to all relevant administrative duties – with her professional goals still prioritising problem solving and client satisfaction.

Jemima Hargest-Slade

Associate Strata Manager

Originally from New Zealand, and previously working in insurance, Jemima brings her strong customer service and communication skills to the Highrise Team, with a focus on collaborative teamwork.

Jemima is responsible for the day to day co-management of Owners Corporations within her portfolio, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.  

Jennifer Ung

Strata Accounts Manager

With experience in property maintenance and administration, Jennifer brings her reliable and positive energy to the team.

Jennifer is responsible for performing daily accounts payable and receivable duties as well as overseeing Owners Corporation Certificate issue and Access Product orders.

Establishing a standard of excellence, Jennifer focuses on delivering exemplary customer service to all clients.
